Are your Disney products authentic?

Yes. Products described as Disney Parks or Disney merchandise are authentic licensed products. Parks Collectibles is independently owned and is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company.

Are the products in stock?

Yes. We list products that are physically in stock and ready to ship. We do not offer personal-shopping or preorder services.

Are items new?

Items are new in their original packaging or include their original tags unless the product listing says otherwise. Material item or packaging exceptions are stated on the product page.

When will my order ship?

Most orders leave our Central Florida facility within 1 to 2 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Standard transit is estimated at 3 to 5 business days. International shipping is not currently offered. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return an item?

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days after delivery when they remain in their original condition and packaging. Email support@parkscollectibles.com before mailing a return so we can provide approval and instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

How are collectibles packaged?

Packaging is selected for the item's construction and fragility. Pins and keychains are secured to reduce movement; fragile ornaments and larger items are cushioned in appropriately sized boxes.
