Refund policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days after delivery unless a product listing states otherwise.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Requesting a return

Email support@parkscollectibles.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing anything.

Include your order number inside the package. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable products, personal-care products, pierced earrings, and items identified as final sale cannot be returned. Additional exceptions may be stated on the product listing.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email the approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Exchanges and order problems

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are subject to replacement inventory. Contact support@parkscollectibles.com for assistance.
